Pixcrate

Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Pixcrate ("the Extension"), provided by Apoorv Verma, an individual seller based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Extension you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Extension.

Your licence key is personal to you. It may be activated on up to three of your own browsers or computers at any one time. You can release a device from within the Extension at any point, using Release this browser, which frees that slot for another. You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish your key.

2. Free use

The Extension may be installed and used without payment. Scanning, filtering, previewing and batch renaming are unlimited on the free tier, and you may download up to 25 images per day at no charge. The daily count resets at midnight in your own time zone.

Two capabilities require a paid licence: packaging images into a single ZIP archive, and converting image formats. Individual downloads remain free within the daily limit.

We may change the limits of the free tier for future versions, but will not reduce the entitlements of an existing paid licence.

3. Acceptable use

The Extension is a tool for collecting images that your browser has already loaded on a page you have open. It does not bypass paywalls, logins or other access controls, and it does not grant you any rights in the images themselves. You are solely responsible for how you use it, and for ensuring that your downloading and subsequent use of any image complies with applicable law and with the terms of the website concerned.

You agree not to:

We do not host, supply, or have any control over the images you download.

4. Payment

Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Your purchase agreement for the transaction is with Dodo Payments, and their terms apply to the payment itself. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and collected at checkout. Charges appear on your statement under Dodo Payments.

Subscription fees recur monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. On completion of checkout your licence key is emailed to the address you used at checkout. Nothing is physically shipped. If the email does not arrive, you can retrieve your key from your account, or contact us.

6. Licence checks and internet access

The two paid features, ZIP packaging and format conversion, verify your licence with Dodo Payments at the moment you use them. This is deliberate: nothing stored on your computer decides whether they work, which is what lets us avoid accounts and logins entirely. The practical consequence is that those two features need an internet connection and a reachable licence service, and they will be unavailable while either is missing. When that happens the extension says so, says that your licence is unaffected, and offers to try again.

Everything else keeps working whether or not that check succeeds: searching a page, filtering, previewing, renaming, and your free daily downloads. Your licence is not consumed, shortened or altered by a failed check. Downloading a picture always needs an internet connection, because the file has to be fetched from the website hosting it.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Updates and availability

We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the Extension working with current versions of Chrome and compatible browsers, but we cannot guarantee continued availability or compatibility. Browser vendors may change their platforms in ways that affect or disable functionality, and the Extension's availability in any store is subject to that store's policies.

9. Suspension

We may deactivate a licence key that has been shared publicly, resold, or used in breach of these terms. Where a licence is deactivated for such a breach, no refund is due.

10. Disclaimer of warranty

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every image on every page.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Extension is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Extension after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
